購買流程

 

 多謝閣下有興趣選購本公司的貨品！為保障閣下的利益，

為方便閣下選購，請參照以下的購買流程：

 

訂購步驟                                                                                                                                   

1. 在本網站的右上方，按閣下需要選取合適的貨幣計算方式：港幣或人民幣。

2. 流覽及選定欲購買的貨品，輸入購買數量，然後按下「加入購物車」的掣鈕。

     這時，網站右上方便會展示選購數量和總金額。

3. 閣下可繼續瀏覽及選購其他貨品，並重複上述步驟，將選購貨品加入購物車內。

4. 如閣下選購完畢，可在網站右上方按「去結賬」，然後就會出現「購物車內的商品」的總覽畫面，

     閣下可檢視選購的貨品、數量和總金額是否正確。確定後，閣下仍可按「繼續購物」或輸入您的配

     送目的地資料，然後再按「去結賬」。

5. 這時，會出現「結賬選項」的畫面。如閣下已是註冊用戶，請輸入電郵地址和密碼，然後登錄； 如閣

    下是新客戶，可選擇「繼續」步驟，或即時註冊賬戶，成為我們的會員，以便日後享有會員優惠和查閱選購記錄。

6. 按系統指示輸入閣下的個人資料、貨運地址，並選擇支付方式，最後按「確認訂單」。

7. 本系統收到閣下的確認訂單，會以電郵訊息確認閣下之訂單。如需郵遞貨品，本公司會同時向閣下收取郵費，

     有關郵費視乎郵遞方式及國家或地區的遠近而定。

8. 閣下確認訂單後，請盡快繳付所需款項(包括購貨金額和所需郵費)。所有貨品價格以訂購當日所示為準，

     可以港幣或人民幣支付，以訂購當日的換算率計算。

9. 本公司確定收到有關款項後，會於24小時內安排遞寄或送交訂購貨品。

    由於資源有限、經營環境困難，在你購買後，我們會為你保留訂單商品48小時，

    倘若超過留貨時間而沒有收到你的全數貨款，訂單將會自動取消。敬請見諒。 

10. 購貨滿 HKD$700，可獲本公司免費送貨 (只限香港境內有升降機的商業地區或住宅)。

A: 貨品總額在港幣700以下，需酌情收取一定的送貨費用，運費收取標準如下表所示；如貨品總額在港幣700以上，可享受免費送貨服務。 

     送貨地址以香港市區境內商業地址為準。民居住宅地址、或在較偏遠的地區派件，將依速遞公司收費標準，每票快件均需收取偏遠地區附加費。

     Delivery fee applies for the address located within Hong Kong downtown business address.

Q: 如果本人無法簽收，是否可請他人代為簽收貨物？ 

Q: Can someone else sign for my parcel if I cannot receive my order myself?


A: 你可以委託他人代為簽收貨品。委託人須年滿18歲且需要使用身份証明進行簽收，並於速遞送抵時立即檢查貨品是否完整無缺。一旦在發貨單上簽收，即代表你的委託人確認訂單正確無誤及收取貨品。簽收之後物品發生任何損壞，本公司將不需承擔任何責任。請確認你的委託人瞭解物品的簽收狀態以及可能需要的特殊保存方法，如冷藏。 

A:  Yes. You can authorize another person to receive the order on your behalf. The person must be over 18, and he will be required to present identification when receiving. Upon delivery, he should examine products' quality immediately to avoid any deficiencies. By signing the delivery note, the person acknowledges the order is correct. After successfully delivery, the Company will not be responsible for any deficiencies. Please make sure the person you authorized understand some special keeping conditions like keeping under low temperature.

 

Q: 如果我沒有成功接收送貨會怎樣？ 

Q: What if I do not receive my order successfully? 


A: 如未能把閣下訂購的貨品成功送達(如沒有人在送貨地址收件)，本公司將會重新安排送貨日期，而第二次送貨時，閣下將需要自行承擔額外的運送費用。

A: If your order is not delivered successfully (such as no recipient at the delivery address), our Company will re-arrange the delivery date, while upon second delivery, you will undertake the expenses for the second delivery.

 

Q: 我的訂單何時會交付運送？我是否可以指定具體收貨時間？

A: 我們將會在收到訂單后的48小時內安排送貨。你可以於確定訂單式指定具體的收貨時間，我們會告知送貨公司。
